Any generation that fails on the platform’s side triggers an automatic full credit refund, and unused credit packs with no credits spent are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. Custom credit amounts between $10 and $2,000 are also available for users who need a specific balance.
Limitations
Creation costs vary depending on the selected AI model, output length, and resolution. There is no free tier, and all generations require purchased credit packs to run. More advanced, high-resolution or longer-length models have higher associated credit costs than entry-level generation options.
