Core Workflow
LectureGuru uses a three-step process that takes about 10 minutes to generate finished content, with no required templates or manual formatting.
Input: Upload a PDF, DOCX, PPTX, paste a URL, or describe your content idea directly to the chatbot. Supported inputs include files up to 39.9 MB, PDF documents up to 500 pages, public or intranet URLs, plain text, and Markdown notes. You can also merge multiple source files into a single outline.
Outline: The AI generates a tailored structured outline with chapters, slide structure, and source citations in seconds. You can edit any part of the outline before proceeding.
Export: Generate three outputs from the single approved source: a narrated MP4 video with AI voice, a shareable interactive web presentation, and a PDF handout. All three outputs stay aligned with the same base content.
Key Features
Source Change Monitoring
You can link published content to selected public source documents. When the monitored source updates, the platform prompts you to review whether the change affects your generated content. You can then prepare an updated version and approve it before it replaces the existing published content at the same shared link. The old approved version remains visible to audiences until you confirm the replacement. Monitoring features vary by plan.
Quiz and Completion Tracking
You can add auto-generated quizzes pulled directly from lesson content to any published training material. The platform tracks individual completion for each user, generates completion certificates, and creates auditable records of training progress to verify learner understanding.
Multi-Language Support
One single source document can be used to produce outputs in more than 30 languages. Supported languages include Slovak, Czech, English, German, Polish, Hungarian, Ukrainian, French, Spanish, Italian, Romanian, Dutch, and 18 additional languages, removing the need for manual translation and separate version management for local markets.
Magic Demo Workflow
The MagicDemo feature can record a browser workflow on the target website you specify for customer-facing walkthrough content. You can review the full recorded walkthrough and narration before approving it to share with customers, to make sure the finished demo shows the exact correct process.
Integrations
Generated content can be shared directly through tools that your team already uses, including Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Drive, Outlook, Confluence, and Asana.
Audience
LectureGuru is designed for teams in HR, IT, product, customer support, compliance, and education. It reduces the manual work trainers, compliance officers, and IT leads spend creating and updating training and knowledge materials, so they do not need to build content manually in presentation software or record long video sessions in person.
Limitations
Approval workflows are currently in beta testing and not generally available.
Content monitoring does not access private intranet pages automatically unless the site is configured to allow access. It cannot inspect every screen inside your internal application.
You must ensure you have full authorization to process any content you upload to the platform.
