You get 21 pre-made themes, plus manual controls to customize colors and fonts to match your brand. Pro and higher plans include auto-fetch branding from a public website URL, and the ability to save and reuse brand presets across forms.

Sharing and Embedding

You can share your forms via a direct public link or scannable QR code. Embedding options let you add forms to other websites as an inline iframe, a popup, or a sliding panel that triggers on user action.
