TimedSubs supports two primary production paths that avoid rewriting your pre-approved content, unlike generic auto-caption tools:
Script + audio alignment: Upload your finalized, signed-off script and its matching voiceover audio. The platform maps the existing exact wording to audio timing, no automatic speech recognition will alter your submitted text. It flags mismatches between audio and the provided script for you to review, and never changes your original script content.
Subtitle translation: Upload existing SRT, VTT, or ASS files, select your target language, and translate content while 100% of the original timestamps stay unchanged. 12 high-precision language pairs and 97 standard AI translation language pairs are supported, you can test the translation function anonymously without an account on the site.
All eligible plans let you export files in standard industry formats: SRT, VTT, SBV, ASS, timecoded TXT, JSON, and ZIP batches depending on your plan level. Output files are fully compatible with common video editors, social platforms, and course hosting tools.

Free tier: 15 free one-time timing minutes for new users with no credit card required, plus full access to all browser-based free tools
Pay as you go: $6 for 60 timing minutes that never expire, no auto-renewal. $3 for 100 converted translation minutes that work across multiple projects.
Creator subscription ($12/month billed yearly): 300 script + audio timing minutes per month, 30 translation minutes, up to 3 translation target languages, 1 glossary set with 50 entries, 20 concurrent projects max 2GB each
Studio subscription ($29.5/month billed yearly): 1200 script + audio timing minutes per month, 300 translation minutes, up to 10 translation target languages, 5 glossary sets with 500 entries, 100 concurrent projects max 5GB each, enhanced translation quality, quality reports, batch ZIP delivery, and private beta API access
