Core Capabilities
Brandwave brings all your marketing activity, spend, and results into a single connected record, so you do not have to switch between disconnected platform dashboards to get a full view.
Supported channels and data types include:
Creator marketing: track all creators, campaigns, content, spend, and performance in one program record
Broadcast: log television and radio spots with full audience, daypart, and network metadata
Out-of-home: map billboards, transit ads, street furniture, and digital screens to their exact run locations
Print: store newspapers, magazines, and flyer data with attached circulation and distribution metrics
Additional sources: podcasts, tracked links, promo codes, share of search results, customer "how did you hear about us" responses, PR mentions, and web traffic data
Workflow
Brandwave uses a three-step workflow for marketing analysis:
Connect: Import all your marketing activity, spend, and existing performance data into one centralized record. You do not need to replace any of your existing marketing tools, as Brandwave runs on top of your current stack.
Ask: Query your full marketing history in plain natural language. Supported questions include identifying undercounted channels that perform well over time, finding pairs of channels that work better together, spotting patterns that precede growth spikes, surfacing activities customers credit that ad platforms miss, justifying budget allocations for reviews, and simulating the best destination for reallocated budget. Your marketing record can be accessed directly by Claude, ChatGPT+, and any other MCP compatible AI client via API or the included MCP server.
Decide: Compare campaigns and channels against consistent peer averages and your own historical performance, then reallocate budget to the highest-impact activities with full supporting evidence.

User Audience
Brandwave is designed for three core user groups:
Marketing managers who need tactical guidance for optimizing ongoing campaigns
CMOs who want a unified view of their entire marketing program's overall impact
Founders who want to clearly understand how their marketing investments drive business growth
No dedicated data analyst is required to use the platform, as all queries can be made in plain non-technical language. You can also use your existing AI chat assistant to help backfill marketing history records without manual data entry.
Use Case for Non-Click Marketing
Brandwave is specifically built to solve the problem of measuring marketing activities that do not generate direct click trails. Instead of relying entirely on last-click attribution, it combines multiple independent signals to assess real impact, making it suitable for campaigns like billboards, television ads, print placements, and creator content that do not drive immediate tracked conversions.
Getting Started
You can start using Brandwave for free. You can begin with a blank record, or backfill your existing marketing history for more immediate context. The platform is compatible with MCP clients, so your existing AI tools can interact directly with your structured marketing data without manual copy-pasting of exports or screenshots.
