Workflow

The tool has no installation requirement, and no access to your internal site data:

1. Paste your product public URL into the platform.

2. You receive your first full report, with a total visibility score out of 100, within 24 hours.

3. All suggested fixes are ranked by the total number of points they will add to your overall score, so you can prioritize the highest-impact actions first.

4. The dashboard refreshes automatically every day to show your updated score, changes in AI recommendations, and new search ranking data. A weekly summary email is sent every Monday.

Limitations

FrontStat does not control the answers provided by ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and does not guarantee that the AI assistants will recommend your product. It only identifies what changes you can make to your public presence to improve the chance of being selected as a recommendation, and tracks changes to those assistant answers over time. Unlike most marketing-focused AI visibility tools, it does not require you to write custom prompts or interpret raw datasets manually.
