4. What happens to my subscription if I downgrade my plan?

At downgrade, our payment provider system calculates the prorated amount for the unused time and adds that as a credit balance to your account.

5. How does seat based plan work?

In this plan, the total subscription cost depends on the number of active members that you invite in your team.

6. What happens to my projects if I cancel subscription mid-period?

If you decide to cancel your subscription in the middle of your billing cycle, you will still be able to enjoy all the benefits of the subscription until the end of the billing cycle that you have already paid for.

7. Do you have a refund policy?
